Mr. Elices is an industrial engineer and has taken market research courses in the Burke Institute of the United States. He worked on several research projects on test markets simulation with Dr. Lynn Lin, creator of BASES, the Simulator of Test Markets (STM) which then sold to AC Nielsen.
He has over 20 years experience in market research and consulting in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Uruguay.
He has developed, along with his partners, simulation models for bank management, SIMBANK and for industrial management, SIMIND, used for executive training in universities and leading companies.
He has taught classes, seminars and courses of marketing research, quantitative analysis, marketing, management and online advertising at graduate and postgraduate courses in business administration in the following universities in Uruguay: Universidad de la República, Universidad Católica, UDE y ORT .
He is former director of ADM (Association of Marketing Directors- Uruguay)
