These are my personal comments on Francisco and his research services as director of AIM / Burke. I worked with him for over a decade (as a client) in different countries of Latin America and in several research projects. I always found his services as a good option to implement a research project in Latin America.
When I worked in Uruguay for Microsoft, I used AIM / Burke’s research services, directed by Francisco Elices. He worked with us in the scope of the study, understanding our business objectives, our budget constraints and offering a solution that would allow us to achieve our goals at a reasonable cost. Since working for an IT company, he also proposed alternative research methods, or what was a new method at the time as was the use of Internet. In summary, AIM/Burke could make a solid business proposal but also include original and specific alternatives, something that I really appreciate when I contract services.
Mr. Elices has conducted several marketing studies for BBVA in Uruguay, helping us to learn more about our market and our customers. It is a creative specialist, able to understand our needs and design a study accordingly.

Francisco gave me a creative vision of the market in which I was competing, professionally gathered information that was very useful for my goals and met extensively with the research contract. According to what was discussed I am available to share with who you consider convenient, the experience we shared with you and your partners in AIM / Burke some years ago to make a diagnosis of customer satisfaction in Chile.
